  2. I haven't thrown up once or felt sick since my surgery on May 1. Of course I have stopped losing and I'm very sad about that.

  4. Thank you, everyone! We went to a place called the Plaza III. It was very nice. I had the grilled chicken breast and mashed potatoes. I did fine, missed some of my favorites like the bread, but this is worth it!
  5. Ok, today is my anniversary and my hubby wants to take me to a steak house. Have any of you tried steak?

  7. It's no big deal. It isn't painful, and they will probably put steri strips over the wound. You just leave those on till they fall off. Good Luck!

  9. on the MFP website it keeps telling me that I'm not getting enough calories and that I'm putting myself into starvation mode. Do the rest of you get this too, or is there some way to change this?

  14. Just do the best you can. I haven't been able to exercise very much, and it is depressing, but I do what I can and do the best I can. That's all we can ask of ourselves.

  16. This makes a decent sized pancake. A little too much to eat all at once, but it was really good!
  17. I bought some high protein pancake mix from my bariatric pantry.com, and it was really good. I heated up some sugar free syrup and put on top and it was quite enjoyable. No funky protein taste and it has 15 grams of protein per serving. I highly reccomend!
  18. What app are you all using that has the little weight tracker at the bottom? It kind of looks like a tape measure?

  21. Please tell me what your doing! My surgery was May 1 as well, but I've lost less than20 lbs. I could just cry.
  22. Hi Deb! I wish I knew what to tell you, but I'm right there with you. I not only quit losing, but now I'm gaining, and I haven't cheated either. I don't get it. I'm frustrated and depressed!
