Mfp Settings

on the MFP website it keeps telling me that I'm not getting enough calories and that I'm putting myself into starvation mode. Do the rest of you get this too, or is there some way to change this?

Yea I get that too. The nurse said MFP is great except for the daily calorie intake ....it is not correct for us RNY 's...can't change it though ...

What is MFP? I am freaking out a bit.... I feel like I am not losing like a should!! I am eating only 500-800 calories a day. Exercising for at least 30 minutes...I don't know how long I should wait and call my Dr to see what's going on.
