Pancakes

I bought some high protein pancake mix from my bariatric pantry.com, and it was really good. I heated up some sugar free syrup and put on top and it was quite enjoyable. No funky protein taste and it has 15 grams of protein per serving. I highly reccomend!

This makes a decent sized pancake. A little too much to eat all at once, but it was really good!

Thanks for the info! Always looking for new stuff to try!
