I Have Lost

Had my surgery on may 1 st. I have lost 42 lbs so far. It's a real big challenge. I have been wanting some ice cream and coke so bad but can't do it.

I am just exercising. And all I drink is water. I don't eat much at all because I am too full.

I have the band right now and have been banded 3 yrs come august. I'm looking to convert to either bypass or sleeve due to the band no longer working well for me. You've lost more than I have in nearly 3 yrs..LOL. I may would have lost a little more had I been more compliant with exercise

@ kmiller, stop being so hard on yourself. I am 45 and was told it will be slower weightless with the revision. Our body's metabolism is slower because of our 1st surgery. Try to trick your body change whatever u eat and drink daily. It seems to be working ok for me. I walk for an hour 3 times a week nothing great just whatever I can do, I sit if I need to but it gives me time with myself no music just me and my head.
