Me four!!!! I came out of surgery hungry. Lol

What is everyone eating 8 days out!!!!!protein shakes are making me sick,I'm hungry so today I had about a tbsp of refried beans and they made me feel better.

What is the best unflavored protein powder I can get at gnc I'm really struggling to get my protein in

I have been starving watching my family eat so I chew a piece of food n spit it out get the taste of it and my tummy is already full so I'm tricking my mind to thinking I just filled up with my favorite food,so far it has helped alote

Had my surgery this morning at 8 am and so far its been good:-)

Surgery in the morning and I'm starving today and thinking of everything I would love to eat right now :-(

I got to be at hospital 6am Monday 14th as well!!!

My surgery is oct 14th and I'm so nervous as well but we will do great!!!!

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words,I love that I can talk to ppl in my shoes about this already feeling better good luck to everyone,we ARE gonna do awesome:-)
