I want it NOW!!!!! But it's closer now than it's ever been!!!

Ok so NOW they tell me with 30 days left that I need to lose 8lbs...before my 6th and final appointment! Any tips for 2lbs per week??

So this past Friday made 3 months smoke free for me!! I'm looking forward to the new healthier me. Appt 5 of 6 is in 2wks!!!

I can't even sleep, I feel the time quickly approaching, I only have 2 more appointments before submission!!

Ok, Ok, I'm dying to know how it went, how do you feel, what's the worst for you right now and what is not so bad???

Yesterday was my 3rd visit, I've been approved for the 4 visit but since I stopped smoking, I gained 7lbs and was threatened with additional visits if I gain 1 more pound!! Ugh

I can't seem to figure out how to start a topic or forum. Please someone....HELP!! I have so many questions for you all, I just don't know where to go to start..
