    Trying to stay on point with protein goals, water intake and workouts along with vitamins...it aint as easy as I thought but I will find a plan that works for me!

    I'm in a stall..... Scale hasn't moved in a week. Boooooo!

      Imagine when the scale doesn't move for 3 weeks, I would call that a stall. You may see no movement as of today and by tomorrow see 2 lbs gone like that. Stay patient. But I do notice, I stall when I don't get protein and workouts in. So try walking more and meet those protein goals!!

    Looking back how silly I was being compared to how great I feel right now makes me want to erase every whiny post I ever did immediately after surgery..lol. Life's great!!

      Absolutely...u will definitely do some whining and complaining but trust me, about 2 months later, ur gonna say..oh what a difference a lil time makes. Congrats to you...keep in touch. I like knowing other's stories.

    I look good and feel free from pain but this reflux is killing me...smh, it makes it aweful for me everyday...

      I think I will definitely ask for something stronger, I take protonix and it doesnt help me at all...thanks.

    Finally I can say those most anticipated words....My surgery is scheduled for 4/23/14! Thank goodness!!!

    I MADE IT!!! 199.2 LBS TODAY!!!! I thought hitting 299 lbs was a fantastic feeling. Nothing compare to seeing 199 on that sacle. ONERLAND I AM HERE BABY!!!!!!

      Ok so it doesn't seem so hard now that I've lost 6lbs already since last Monday. I still have 3 weeks to go for my final appointment...I think she'll be proud. I sure am!!

    Got the offical word from my surgeons office that I have been approved by my Insurance company for the surgery. December 19th @ 10:30am i will undergo surgery for Verticle Sleeve Gastrectomy. So excited.
