  1. Still nothing...strange. Maybe I'll report it to the site admins. Either way I have no issue sharing my public profile URL, and anyone can add me if they want too. http://www.fitbit.com/user/29RVGK
  2. Quite the transformation! Congrats on your success so far, and your continued success in 2014!
  3. I have a couple of the blender bottles as well. I like them as I seem to want to shake my drink again after a few minutes of it sitting on the desk while sipping away at it! The blender ball really helps with mixing up the Protein powder very well!
  4. Current weight - 259 Goal weight for VDay - 245
  5. Jdub - I just PM'd my e-mail address to you Weird, I never got any PM's from anybody!
  6. Same here! I need some fitbit buddies!
  7. I'm in Canada so I ordered from a place in Ontario. You can order single bottles, but at some point you get free shipping if you order a certain amount. If you're in the US, it sounds like you have way more options for getting them at local stores!
  8. Well... Ask yourself this? If you don't have a smartphone or are near your computer all day long to access the dashboard, would you like to see your totals for the day? If so, then you would probably like the force more. I like hitting the button and seeing my steps, calories burned, floors climbed, etc...without having to sync my force and look at the dashboard on my phone or computer.
  9. You could try online too. I just ordered a bunch of the Torani SF syrups and caramel is in my order. Here's hoping the bottles don't freeze and break during shipping in this -28c weather!
  10. I got the Fitbit Force for Christmas and I love it. I have it linked to my account on My Fitness Pal and I can continue journaling my food, Water, and exercise on MFP and it syncs over to my Fitbit Dashboard. I wanted the display because I don't currently wear a watch and although I do carry a phone in my pocket all the time, it's still easier to check the time on my Force vs pulling my phone out of my pocket . I like being able to track my sleep patterns as well, and I like that on the Fitbit site I can also log my BP and Glucose readings as well. So far, I am very happy with the Force ! Some people did complain about how hard it is to get the strap on for the first few weeks with the Force model, but I never had any issues except I had it fall off once as I caught the sleeve of my jacket on the clasp that fastens the strap and it let go.
  11. Please share Weeziex2! Thx in advance
  12. I am going to say the same as the others...Wow you look so much younger since some of the weight has come off! Congrats on looking great and to your success so far!!!
  13. You look great! Congrats on your success so far...and continued success in 2014!!
  14. Congrats on starting your journey! Always feels good to be home
  15. It will get better after a few days....I remember when they cleared me to start clear fluids and just sipping my 1oz of Water per hour was nasty...I would just get waves of pain that would start in my abdomen and go right up my chest and my stomach would gurgle and churn away...This was day 2 post op, and by day 3 around noon things were getting better. Good luck and I'm sure you'll feel better after a few days...just hang in there! Edit - Someone suggested on the forums here to try breathing out when you swallow so not as much air goes down. That did help for me!
  16. I think it depends on the surgeon and the procedure. I had no tubes, nor did I have a catheter for my procedure. I'm sure others will chime in and give their thoughts as well as I've seen a lot of different responses to this type of question. I just straight out asked my surgeon if I needed a catheter and he told me no.
  17. I am on Ursodiol 250mg tablets once a day. I was sent home with this prescription. I was told that it will help prevent gallstones as well during rapid weight loss.
  18. 3 weeks out, and I'm still on full liquids and I hit around 800 calories/day. Breakfast: Protein shake with at least 20grams of protein Snack: Fat free greek yogurt Lunch: Protein shake (hi-pro boost, ensure, premiere protein, etc..) Snack: sugar free pudding or Jello Supper: Cream/broth based Soup blenderized. I like low cal/sugar tomato soup with some light goats milk cheese Snack: Sugar free jello or caffeine-free tea.
  19. Yay! Another Canadian joins the club congrats on your success so far! You are right about waiting awhile, I was about 1.5 years from start to actual gastric-sleeve surgery in Canada.
  20. I've been looking to add some people as well. I'm woodjwl on MFP if anyone wants to add me. I'm still in my full liquid phase for two more weeks and then on to purees and mushy!
  21. Hi MnWin, looking at 175 for goal weight! Thx!
