My Lunch: A Pictorial Attempt To Show You Life Will Be Normal
OMG that looks like heaven!! I love me some sea food all the time However I think the shrimp might have made me swell some. I had puffy eyes this morning. But I'm not sure tho. I'll have to try shrimp again next week and see if it happens again. Oh and my almost 3 year old ate a whole zucchini boat to himself. That must mean something!!! lol

Post-Surgery Brain Fog? Get your estrogen tested
This fit's in with me. For me at 32 I was put on birth control 2 months ago (after my anger post). I've been good ever since. But I find myself in space so to speak a lot. I know it's not exactly the same but it deals with hormones. Thought it could be on some same level....IDK

How Much Did You Lose 3 Months Out?
but i suspected controlling your diet is really where the success comes from. I havent started exercising yet because i get tired really easily, but i will start even if it's only five minutes at first. I'll keep in mind the low carbs too. I napped every day for the first 2 weeks and to be honest I napped daily before surgery. I never nap now!! I also started walking the day after I got home from the hospital around the cul-de-sack once then twice then to the mail box then farther each day I totally understand being tired. Low carbs are the key for sure for me for sure. At 4 months out I have 1000 cals and 50 carbs a day.

SLIP...... Lets be HONEST!
Great question!! For me I struggled with tracking on MFP for a minute. I was afraid when I ate something I knew I shouldn't I didn't want to see it face me. So yes I was afraid....in the beginning before my surgery. Now however I love tracking what I eat. I put the candy pieces I ate last night on there and couldn't quit staring at the damn page!! In disbelief in self disgust and much more. It was my first candy in 6 months and It did taste ok but I did not get the rush I used to when eating my sweets. Tonight however I have no desire to put anything in my mouth. For me was it was a decision I made and not one I'm proud of. I was very happy with myself I didn't touch candy or sweets on Halloween or any other time. I did fail myself and I felt it. But....I'm ok today. Kinda felt like a confession.. However I am not justifying my actions I know what I did. No slip here!! Just a weak moment for me after 6 months Thanks for the read and making me thing lady!
