  2. You have done amazing!! Congrats!
  3. now that you said that I did get put on birth control 2 1/2 months ago and it's helped sooo much! I forgot about that huh lol
  4. I know just what you mean! It's getting better but I have days that I feel like I'm getting better then days that just SUCK! I'm almost 4.5 months out and It seems better most days. I had more anger to start then felt like I was crazy later it's a whirl wind of emotions. Hang in it does get better!
  5. That's exactly how it is for me! I think I'm doing well. I have been over full however a few times and I do not like that feeling! That said I have this issue with not leaving any food on my plate. I'm dealing ok with it but still have to remind myself to put the freaking fork down some times lol I'm 4.5 months out now.
  6. I weighed myself weekly on my surgery day (Wednesday) for the first 4 months. Now IDK what happened but I weigh myself daily or every other day now. I only record on Fridays now so everything during the week is just numbers. For example this week....I started out at 176 down to 175 then yesterday I was 178 today (my day I record) I'm 173. So picking one day to track it is best I believe! As the vets said weighing daily in after goal helps keep you accountable. I believe I will be one of the ones that will need to. But each to there own. Each persons weighing works for them We all are freaking SUPERSTARS!
  7. Weight's been up all week, this morning weighed in at 173!!! 3 pounds thank gawd
  8. GG hasn't been around much so I think I going to just check in weekly good luck on your finals!!
  9. I was that way on the last challenge but you did it today whoohoo
  10. WOW to you also Barb!! 72 pounds is an amazing amount to lose. All the weight being lost with all of us is amazing! And Thank you you know (as well as everyone here) how much work it REALLY is Barb you are correct when you say we all lose at our own weight. Age, height and SW I think are huge factors. As I get closer to a normal BMI It's coming off slightly slower. Oh well it's coming off and I love it! I never would have dreamed I could lose 102 pounds in 10 months on my own (with my tool). Congrats on taking your life back lady no matter what age your rockin that sleeve
  11. on gamer girls blog site she has a recipe for Peanut Butter banana egg pancakes there great I made them over the weekend.
  12. I had a 3 month medically supervised diet. I just had to go meet my NUT once a month. I didn't have to lose weight but I couldn't gain any either. I believe if you go monthly it should suffice. Keep us posted. It just occurred to me.....are you going weekly? Or monthly? ok sheesh I guess I should have keep my input to myself lol I dont know much about the 6 month medically supervised diet.....ahum sorry
  13. sw 278 pre op 260 surgery wt 8/21/13 249 cw 176 total loss 102 loss from pre op 84

  18. 45 done ever try to do 45 crunches with a 30 pound toddler on top of your belly....gah lil turd
  19. not quite a surprise just wasn't ready to be a high risk lol Right!!! I'd ummm probably snorted and choked at finding that out and said....have you seen what I've done with "this body" hands running over your sweet curves lol. Might not be motherly lmao I understand why they say "high risk" I was 29 when I did IVF and that not being old it was still not as great as being 25. However, I'm finding as I gain wisdom (not age) that 35 and 40 don't seem like the grand old age that I once thought. I feel amazing at 33 and plan on feeling even better at 35 and 40 please keep me posted whenever you feel like it via pm or here I'd love to hear how awesome your doing you. Your success now and will be right back to yourself after your sweet baby is here.
  20. Amazing job!!! You keep getting it Your doing fabulous woman.
  21. Congrats on the baby!! Surprise!!?? I'm so freaking scared It'll be me next. My ol'man wont leave me alone lol 102 pounds has him ummm everywhere. HA We couldn't have a baby on our own ( nothing really wrong) just never worked out. I got pregnant our first try via IVF. So the possibility of me getting pregnant now is much more. I know that's not what you are asking but I'd love to hear how your pregnancy goes. I'm almost 33 myself. was thinking after I reach goal (and maintain for a year or 2) I'd think about our other eggs on ice. Best wishes momma
