Wondering if this is a serious thread of not but here goes: I drink a lot of alcohol in one sitting. I don't exercise (my skin looks pretty okay) I am beginning to feel my bulimia rear it's ugly head again and consume my life. I'm scared to confess this to my doctor and get actual help so I pretend like everything is okay when it's not
