    Sunwarrior plant based Protein
    Warrior food plant base Protein
    Tera's whey Protein powder
I have tried the top two and am pleased. They do require some mixing....I gag pretty easily so I can't just mix them with Water.
I haven't tried Tera's Whey yet but will be ordering some samples this month.
These are processed without heavy metals, pesticides, are non-gmo, and processed to retain as much nutrient value as possible. The Warrior food comes in glass jars so no chance of toxins leaching from plastics. I am still experimenting with them and am always on the lookout for natural, organic protein powders/shakes. Still looking for pre-made shakes.

I do follow an organic, whole food diet. It has made a HUGE difference in me and my families life. It helped with my Hoshimotos (hypothyroid) PCOS and weight loss. We recently switched my 4 year old to a non-gluten diet which seems to have made a difference. We still eat Cookies and regular food..I just make them with non-gmo, organic stuff. I buy from the farmers market, the organic section in the grocery store and order some in bulk online. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to all of the processed junk. All of the synthetic ingredients, pesticides, preservatives cause you to hold onto weight and mess with your mind and body. It just deteriorates your health. It does take more effort and if you don't know were to look it can cost more $$ but overall it costs us about the same or less because we dont' eat out much. My breaking point was some yahoo article about the grossest ingredients in your food that you don't know about and then the PINK SLIME in meat....yuck. Just sickened me. I found 100 Days of Real Food and it opened up a whole new world and way of thinking for me. I think combined with the sleeve it will work wonders.
Caution: Its like taking the red pill from the Matrix....once you embark on learning the truth about food, "fat free", Monsanto, big food industry it is hard to go back. Everything we have been taught and think we know is the opposite.
For example: REAL, grass-fed, hormone free, pesticide free, organic BUTTER is actually good for you. Its not a new found theory....our parents, grandparents, great grandparents new their farmers and fixed their own food and new what was in it.

I am so glad there are others out there with this interest! I was beginning to think I was the only one! I haven't been sleeved yet but started this new transition last August (it hasn't been super easy) and slowly it has made a huge difference in our lives. I have tons of resources so if anyone is interested feel free to just holler!

MizzouFan1 got a reaction from moonlitestarbrite in Insulin Resistant and PCOS - 1st month post surgery and not losing weight
    Hi Ladies,
I haven't been sleeved yet but do suffer from Hoshimoto's disease, PCOS and insulin resistance. I just want to throw out my two cents. I have been dealing with it for about 14 years and was Levothyroxine and Synthroid...metformin....you name it. I never felt good. The thyroid symptoms were unbearable even though my labs were within "normal range". I finally was fed up with 'umpteen' Endocrinologist s and even my original PCP. I researched everything and came across Stop the Thyroid Madness http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/. They mentioned T3 and T4 and all this stuff I had never been tested for. Then they mentioned Armour Thyroid as a medication. It is made from pig thyroid and had to be perscribed. My PCP refuse to prescribe anything other than the two main name brands so I fired him. I have since be on Armour for almost 3 years and it changed my life. I have the occasional flare but it has been the difference between night and day. Before I was sooooooo fatigued I slept through my 1 year old crying in his crib in the morning...I would wake up at 11am when he had been awake since 8....it was the last straw. I also found a doctor that treats based on SYMPTOMS not blood test alone. NOT EVERYONE feels great at 3.5 even though its within " normal range". Be your best advocate. I went through 4 docs until I landed on my current PCP of 3 years.
Another big contributor....processed food of any kind. Whole organic foods have made a HUGE difference. I've lost about 13lbs without changing anything but quality of food. If you would like more info PM me....I don't want it to seem like I am pushing websites or anything...just information.
    Best of luck gals!
