Today I'm four weeks post op. I had my surgery Oct 2. I feel amazing and blessed to have done this. I never really take full body shots of myself in the past, but I had one sorta. Last night I got to shop for a new pair of jeans and for the first time it wasn't at lane Bryant or the plus size section. I've been loosing more inches this past two weeks and anyway. Was able to wear a size 12 in jeans from American Eagle! ( I actually got to buy it off the rack) I feel amazing. Heres a before and after picture. Hope everyone is doing just as good!! My face looks so thin and not two chins! Lol.

Hope everyone is doing good! Tomorrow will be two weeks since my surgery. I'm feeling good, some pain in my left side here an there. Doc said its normal that's we're my stomach is healing. I wish everyone best of luck. It's an amazing journey that has had challenges. The liquid diet for two weeks pre op and then two weeks post op is not easy. Just try to keep the faith and know it will all pay off. I get to move to puréed foods tomorrow and I'm excited for this next step. Just remember. We didn't put the weight on over night, and it will take time to see it come off. We will enjoy food again, just with smarter choices and smaller portions. I'm trying to stay positive and enjoy my journey! Best of luck everyone!

Good luck to everyone! I hope everyone is doing good. I had my follow up today with my doctor/nutritionist and I was so excited to hear 19 days post and I'm at 185 now. I feel great and they said it was time to step up my meals a day. Try to get to 6 small meals instead of three. I hope everyone is doing good. The journey is 100% worth it!

Feeling Great this morning after stepping in the scale and seeing 247lb!!! Was sleeved July 16 starting weight 288lb. The last few weeks I've been going back and fourth between 254 and 252lb and it was driving me crazy thought I would be stuck there forever! Finally I've passed my first goal now on too the next ... Here are a few pics from before and now

I was told to walk, but don't over do it. I can go back to regular pace at four weeks

Doctor appt went good! I'm at 192.2. Lost 16.2 in nine days! Love love love! Plus get to come off a med!!

Hello ladies! Just wanted to share, I don't know how many of you have been feeling like I have..... Like I can't get enough to drink, well last night I figured out if I shaved my ice in the snow cone machine, I feel like I am getting a bigger drink without actually getting one. Things are going much better, losing weight daily, I am thinking that's exactly why we all did this. Have a great day!!!

Well I hope everyone is doing wonderful!! I'm sleeved day two right now. I'm not going home until Friday, and right now I'm trying to drink about 150ml a hour. Not to bad. Had some bad dry heaves last night, but I think it was from being put under. My doctors are amazing! My husband has been great been here the whole time! Good luck to the rest of you this week. Oh and bring Chapstick!!
