    Weight training and cals

    Hi there, I'm over a year, lost 96lb, and weigh 165. I'm bouncing with 3lbs now and want to loose fat now and tone. I'm starting with a trainer next week and we had the assessment last week. He wants me to eat more. I'm having a hard time putting on muscle and he says it's because I'm not eating enough. My cals are 1000-1100 and exercising everyday. He wants me eating 1400 and every 2 hrs, and more whole foods. I'm excited to try this WOE in combo with weight training. I'm hoping to see how much I can tighten up without surgery. I wish there was an exercise forum.

    Breaking up protein?

    I was revised on 9/5 so I'm at a month too. That was an interesting read. I'm kind of middle of the road. Lol. I will start breaking my shakes up. I get Protein primarily from the shakes since. I wonder how it is with shakes when a person is months out?

    That's what makes sense to me. I can't chug it. It takes me about an hour to drink the 12oz shake. I will start to break it up. I loved shakeology before, but now it's really hard to finish. I like the chocolate, but now it's almost too sweet and gritty. It's great for bathroom support though. There's only 17g Protein. I kind of force myself because I like the bathroom help. I've also mixed it with almond milk. Maybe I should try Water.
  4. I was at gnc tonight and the clerk made a comment about breaking up the 50g in the isopure because it all doesn't get absorbed. Anyone do this? I don't have access to a NUT so I'm asking here. He suggested breaking up scoops throughout the day. I've been drinking the full scoop in the AM and then getting the rest in my protein in with foods and a shakeology at night. TIA!

    Fitness and sleeping

    I'm sorry. Sleep is so important! I was taking Tylenol PM for months along with some caps from my wonderful California green shop and both if those worked wonders. Then I had to cold turkey for surgery. My sleep has been great and I don't need those anymore. I'm finding my body only needs 6/7 hrs now.

    Thanks. I'm almost 4 weeks post op. When I take another pill I feel so much better.

    I like these ides! I too have been sneezing or hiccup. Bingo! That's my clue. Are we on these acid reducers for life? I think I need 2 Prilosec a day. I agree that it makes me feel hungry.

    Ugh. I think it's the antibiotics! I'm on full liquids tomorrow! Can't wait! I plan on loading up on yogurt and cranberry pills.
