    I'm not sleeved yet but I have this problem with my feet, too. What works for me is to constantly keep them moisturized. I put vaseline on them at night and wear socks.

    I'm not sure if all doctors do the same at the first appt but I met with the psychologist, nutritionist, nurse and surgeon the first appt. And filled out LOTS of paperwork. There was absolutely nothing to be nervous about. I was there for several hours.
