I am 4 days post-op and feeling pretty good. Minimal pain, getting up and walking a lot. Im very bloated and gasey. I should have started a stool softener but did not because it wasn't ordered. However, i am using gas-x which helps to an extent. Weighed myself yesterday, bad idea. Im up 11 pounds since surgery but ill keep trucking along -

Well, that didn't work. Haha. Tried the quote thing. Anyway, my doctor told me 6 weeks, however, said those that sit at a dedk could go back sooner. I'm a nurse so always on my feet. Also, they said it's not all for recovery per se, but for adjusting to the new eating and drinking as well. -

I'm getting sleeved December 6th. All tests are done just have to get my leave of absence approved and do a pre-op class. So excited!
