I was also sleeved on Monday 10/21... I'm having a hard time with this has issue. I've walked and I feel very strong but the has just will not go away. When I eat I can feel it and it hurts for the food to go down. I'm going to try GasX and see if it helps. I also woke up sleeping on my tummy, there was no pain but I'm wondering if it affects me? -

I'm 2days into my preOp diet.... Is it safe to eat goldfish? I need something salty that's not a liquid. Any suggestions? I feel myself hungry after the shakes.

Let me tell you about protein shots! Lol Bariatric Choice has them for 3.79 and it's 42g of protein per shot. I just ordered 4... I'd rather drink a shot than to sip on Isopure all day.... It doesn't taste so good and I bought a whole case of them. Ask me where it is lol -

Dying here as well. My little cousin is here munching on goldfish and my brain is like EAT SOME it won't hurt. I've done the shakes and stuff though but it's just day 2 and my taste buds need a twist lol -
My surgeons office called and said I got approved. She got approval right away, over the phone! I'm so excited, I can't stop smiling. I can't wait til NOVEMBER. Hopefully I get to choose my date. Did anyone choose their date?
