Hi, You have to get your Water in and all your Vitamins and exercise.Whatever they ask you to do follow the plan and it will work.Remember it's a tool to help so do your part and stay focus join a support group through your doctors office ask question good luck

Hi, Good luck and you should do well on your journey.You would really have to follow the plan and remember your stomach will be smaller.Your taste buds are going to change and you won't be eating larger amounts of food.So really prepare yourself for this it's an emotional journey as well good luck and you'll do good.I'm a patient at Balboa Hospital waiting on my surgery date as well. -
