    Started journey at 241lbs. 13 weeks down the line 191lbs. 50lbs lost. I can't believe it. Best thing I ever did. Staying at around 800 calories a day and some days, eating is a chore and doesn't go down too well. Other days, eating is easier. Either way, I've only got another 30lbs to go which is doable. Glad you're all doing well. Based in essex, England.
