I'm only down 22 lbs since surgery on 8/7. I notice I seem to be losing slower than most people. Can you ladies give me an example of what you eat in a days time? I feel like I can still eat too much...definitely less than before but more than I had anticipated.

I had my surgery on August 7th. I am currently 12 days post op. My doctor told me at my post op appt that I could start eating soft foods. I barely eat anything but have not lost any weight in the last 6 days. I lost 9lbs the first week and my scales seem to have gotten stuck!!! I am starting to get discouraged. Has this happen to anyone else???

Thanks so much! This is encouraging to know that I am not the only one. When I read posts about how much people lost in the 1st month then see my scale stuck - it makes me wonder what I am doing wrong. Thankful to know others have experienced the same. I think I will let me husband hide the scale and just keep pressing on. Thanks again! -

I haven't done my measurements but I definitely should though. This is getting discouraging. My husband said he was going to hide the scales from me because I am on them constantly!!!
