  16. (Jma32) Feeling the same way - I was sleeved 8/16 - maybe it's too soon - but I can only hold down water , crystal light peach tea, and broth- feeling like everything is going straight through me. I can't so protein just yet makes me sick . Hope your doing better !
  17. My surgery was 8/16 . I'm still having issues with holding down protein. And all I've been able to hold down is broth -and water . Can't wait to change It up - day 4 and sick of broth ...
  18. Ok will do . Thanks !
  19. Savanna - I wish I could be less frustrated - I am 3 days post op - and all I have been able to hold down is crystal light - water - and broth. I've tried the carnation instant breakfast - I've tried the cream of tomato soup and cream of mushroom soup( none of which my stomach has been able to hold down) . I can't seem to digest the vitamins well . My biggest frustration is not being able to eat actually healthy foods yet (fruit, salads). I'm afraid if my body isn't handling the simple milk down how is going to hold or digest regular food . Uughhhh!
  20. Thanks all - ill try the others
