Vitamins

I was told to get chewable vitamins but some of them taste horrible. Do I have to chew them or can I swallow. Post op- surgery date 8/16

    I think chewable vitamins actually need to be chewed to get all the nutrients in. You'd probly have to swallow a heck of alot of them to do the same job. I bought Twin Lab brand from the Vitamin Shoppe. 2 mths supply for $12. not too bad tasting actually. Better than the Flinstones chewables.
