Ugh so disgusted with myself, I gained 2 lbs for the first time in 7 months and I am so upset. Looks like it's time to re-evaluate what I am doing and eating!!!

Old Habits Die Hard - I need to constantly be mindful and aware of the fact that I must listen to my stomach and not my mouth when deciding whether to take another bite.

Okay my surgeon foes not make us purchase anything there but gives us a list and we must have it prior to surgery but we can purchase it anywhere. I will shop around.
