  1. I have lost interest in alcoholic beverages. I use to drink a lot every weekend before surgery im so glad i dont even have the urge to do it now
  2. I don't like them but they help a lot so they gotta be done! I can currently do 1.05min

  8. omg so many things. shopping at a regular size store, being able to enjoy my kids fully by being part of their activities not only watching, and being more involved in sports and outdoor activities.
  9. I hired a personal trainer since I was 4 weeks out. I work out 3 days a week. $200 for the first 10 sessions, then 35 dollars per session after that if I buy more than 20. I purchased a 40 session package and referred some friends and got 15 more sessions for free. he's certified and he is great for weight loss. Love him!!

  12. Everything going fine with the VSG. Thank God I didn't have any type of complications. I'm doing very good and have lost a total of 59lbs. I'm losing approximately 8-9lbs a month which is great for me because I want to lose the weight slow. I have a personal trainer 3x a week that comes to my house which helps A LOT! I'm getting my shape back, I feel so good. I'm so happy with my sleeve.

  15. im only three months post op and have lost 50 lbs. Im losing inches all over my body.. except my legs!! they're still huge like pre-op. I mean they are getting lose but inches wise they are the same size. is anyone else having this problem with the legs or with any other body parts? share your frustrations!
  16. you can eat 1/2 cup. I was instructed to eat 1/4 cup but the nut and I can hardly do that.. and that is taking my sweet time. although I can drink a lot more now than at the beginning of surgery. I'm 4 wks out.
  17. The only protein i have been able to drink and like is the gnc total lean ready to drink shake. It has 25g per bottle. All the others I have a problem keeping it down.
  18. I had surgery the 27th of jan. at my last weight in on feb 6 I had lost 17lbs. I'm doing better now, still struggling with the protein intake. everything else is good. no problems at all. Im still on puree until the 27th of feb. hope everyone else is doing great.
  19. Yesterday was my first weight in at the doctor and lost 17lbs already!
  20. this happened to me the first week. then I was fine. Im 11 days post op
