  3. It sure is. Thank you! Congrats to you too. Don't get me wrong, I went out to eat and spent time outside but without using my arms or making sure no one bumped into me. I was in pain but not taking any pain meds.
  4. About four weeks ago I had my brachioplasty and liposuction of the love handles with Dr. Yager in NY. I love my results and my scar. I'm at my goal weight of 170lbs since Feb 2015. My arms were the most important thing for me to do. However, it is a painful and slow recovery. I took off two weeks from work and that still was not enough. I recommend anyone who is getting it done to take more time off and to have a lot of help because you are going to need it. Here is the picture I have with me so far... later on today I will post my scar pictures and before and after. Update: 5/13/15 I uploaded pictures of my before, the scars and also a picture of now 4 weeks post op. Hope this helps someone out there.
  5. I am currently at 172lbs and I am 5'8". In this picture I was 178 which was a month ago. My doctor set a goal at 170.. Im two pounds away!

  10. At this point I am losing an approximate of 6-8lbs a month. I eat 3x a day and 2 Snacks. I eat mostly Protein first then I eat the rest. I work out 3x a week with a personal trainer. I weight myself every 2-3 months therefore I don't really know when I'm stalling. Hope that helps honey!
  11. I don't like labels. I don't like to be called skinny or curvy or all that.
  12. Mines are regular now thank god and normal flow. I used to have heavy periods. Im glad that is over.

    I had the same problem looking for before and after of people with big legs. I found some on ig but here is my before and during... because I still have more to lose. I workout with a trainer 3x a week. I went from a 24 to a 16 in jeans. im aiming for a 10. Im a medium in shirts and a Large in dresses.
