    Hi all, I just joinhed the forum. After 9 years with my lap band I got a hiatal hernia and band slip. On Saturday Aug 10th I am having a revision done to a sleeve. I've been warned about getting dumping syndrome and lactose intolerance. Anybody experience that? Any regrets going from a band to a sleeve? Thanks in advance for your replies. Cathy

    I have heard that the first 8 weeks can be rough with lots of nausea. Hopefully your swelling will go down soon.
