  1. OMG you're teensy!! Congrats!! Dr Ortiz is my hero. Mine, too! BTW, My folks were just visiting..first time I've seen them since surgery. I showed them your pics (my mom read all your posts when you where having surgery). She thinks you are absolutely beautiful
  2. Thanks! 6 months total from the start of my preop diet till I reached surgeon's goal. My personal goal is normal BMI, so another 10 pounds. I find excercise very boring so the only formal exercise I've done is riding my recumbent bike 20-25 min 3-4 times/week over the last 2 months. I can do that and watch TV at the same time. Haven't been to a gym in at least 6 years....used to do Curves. My life is my real excercise....I am a vet tech so a I am basically doing Pilates and squats and "lifting weights" all day long. I also have horses, and just last week had to unload and stack a ton and a half of hay (literally....50 bales that weighed 80# each)
  3. I just posted mine here http://www.bariatricpal.com/topic/308613-pics-1st-day-preop-and-goal/
  4. I was told If it passes through a straw it is a full liquid. I ate cream of asparagus, cream of mushroom, cream of shrimp, cream of spinach, cream of chicken, etc., etc.... I diluted with water, strained out chunks, and mixed with Unjury unflavored protein powder.
