OMG I have started my hair loss fun but I had no clue it would be that much hair daily! How long does it last?can anything help it?

Ok y'all I have been sick with a horrible cold / cough combo thang the dr says it's viral but gave me brom fed dm I took it for the first time last night and I did not think I was going too see today! Very side effect I got dizziness getting sick ( both ends) heart racing dry mouth be ware of this med if you get sick.

I am going to be real w you girl eat , eat until you are done I did it before my preop diet anything I new I would miss I ate. I was sleeved 11/22 I have lost 20lbs 7 before being sleeved. We are here because we love food and that pre op post op diet is not easy a am at the 1st stage still and I want real food but I know I can't. Hardest thang by far having too cook pecan pie collard greens baked Mac & cheese and yams for my family today and I can't have a bit. It's all a mental game for me I love good foods but I know too win in this game I half too stop and learn to love small healthy meals Good luck

Mindijean So your post op diet was never liquid? I was sleeved on 11/22 and today I am at the point I am having a hungry feeling, I was told to do liquids for 2 weeks but the Protein shakes make me sick so it's been Water and apple sauce for days. What are you able too eat and how far out r u? Happy to hear you are doing much better as well!

I am not sure how much this will help but I was sleeved the same day as you I was very sick from the meds, I felt dizzy and sick once I stopped all the meds ( once at home) and made myself walk ( horrible gas pains) it got better but today is the first day I have really drank enough I also had sugar free applesauce (yummy) the jello and protein was making me sick at the smell of it. Hang in there I know it will get better for you!

I was just sleeved on 11/22 what you are doing is normal my second job was looking on the forms. I second guessed myself up too the time they took me to be sleeved, when I came out I cried asking what did I do to myself. I will be 100 percent with you it was not and still is not easy but after 4 days of horrible gas pains today I am feeling better. I have a husband and kids that I still most cook for and that is the hard part ( while I am here in the 1st place) my tummy says no but my mind says yes, so once again I am on the forms daily keeping my mind focused on what is important health and feeling good for my family. Hi y'all Just wondering what you are all doing for this one month diet after being sleeved. I find i have no energy just doing liquid.how are you guys feeling?

When did y'all start the b complex? My hospital told me too start it today I was sleeved on 11/22 it's a gummy I am kinda scared it will get stuck . Also wondering about other peoples pain I am very sore it hurts to get up and down and the gas pain it's pretty bad as well. I am so thankful for this site without I would not have made it threw! Have a wonderful Sunday yall

It's great reading other peoples story (gas pain pain in general ) I was sleeved on 11/22 and have had a ton of back pain/gas pain I can't seem to get rid of it. My tummy is every sore as well I did not want to take the strong meds either but just did could not take it .i no it gets better just can't wait for those days hope all my nov buddies are doing as well as you can

So I am on my first day of the liver reeducation diet and I hate the Protein shakes I have tired two different flavors and still have not found myself to drink a full 8oz, I have found that a lot of doctors do different things for the reeducation diet can you guys tell me what type of things you ate on this diet? Please HEELLPP
