According to my scale, I've lost another 1.5 lbs!! Won't make it official until my next weigh-in on the 10th.

Appointments went really well! Scheduled next nut and LAST nut. Nov 4th. *squee

Check in and weigh in tomorrow. Holy crap am I nervous!!

psych eval complete! I'm normal, can you believe it?

Met with my surgical "team" on Thursday. Learned a good bit of information, but didn't leave the office feeling the way I thought I would. Going to continue on my path, feeling like this is the right choice for me regardless.

Wishing the next 5 months would fly by!
