I was sleeved Fri. 9/13 my surgeon made he sign a paper saying I wouldn't drink 30 min b4 or After. The reason was bcuz it would flush everything out to quickly. It needs to stay a lil while. That's what someone told me anyway! Tc's Ready!

Ok y'all.. I on my 7thday PreOp... Seeing the Doc today. Surgery Day is 9-11 I've been so sick with everything I drink but Water. Anyone else experience this during PreOp diet?? Plus when he did my Scope he told me he had to take 3 biopsies.. I'm freakin out! Anyone else experience this too?? Ill post back when I leave the office! Tc's Ready!

I'm really dreading the whole 2 week thing... Mine starts 8-28 I've heard it gets better after day 3 Tc's Ready!

Ok...I got what I needed today the schedule is as follows 8-28 start Pre Op liquid diet & have the scope 9-3 Pre register @ the hospital 9-11 The Sleeve Surgery Can you tell I'm excited?? I am so excited! Got delayed a lil bit but not much! Please pray everyone as I start this liquid diet Tc's Ready!

Minor set back ... Seen surgeon today and he wants me to get a clearance from my neurologist since I have a seizure disorder. But still hoping no later than sept 6 Tc's Ready!

I'm in Mississippi jus got the call my liquid diet started today & my Surgery Date is Sept. 3! 2 weeks away I'm sooo Excited! Good Luck everyone! Tc's Ready!

I'm a lil scared about the scope. I go Tuesday to set the appt. I have heard horror stories. I know all of my Dr''s have cleared me for the Sleeve but I'm wondering if they find something that they shouldn't would they stop surgery? I guess I don't wanna know I've come this far for them to cancel it. Anyone know of a reason why? Anyone know? I know I have reflux and I have a small hernia I think..

I'm glad you asked this question.. I go Tuesday to set my appt. for the scope... I think im more nervous about the scope than the Sleeve. LOL Does anyone know after the scope if they find something will they still do your surgery. I think I have a small hernia, I know I have acid reflux... Jus wondering if there's a reason they won't do it ?? I would hate to know I've come this far and then tell me I'm sorry we found this or that and we can't do your Sleeve! Yikes! Tc's Ready!

I will have to go on a clear liquid diet 2 weeks b4 surgery... I'm kinda nervous about those 2 weeks but I will do it! I am in Ms. Dr. King in Oxford will be doing my surgery. Tc's Ready!
