I have been using Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement Banana, Orange Cream & Iced Latte and there pretty good not super sweat and mix pretty well.

I use the same thing I like the texture of it and it has less calories than the generic brand -

I will be having mine on the 17th I am excited and scared at the same time the pre-op diet has been ok so far I have lost 14 pounds two Protein Shakes Breakfast & lunch and then I get 3 ounce lean Protein and 1 cup vegies, I go for my pre-op diet class today and register for the hospital and do lab work 6 days and counting
