July 11 I am down 55 lbs and counting. Things have slowed down However still in the right direction.

Sleeved July 25 and in the weight loss has really sped up since I was cleared to go back to the gym and start weight lifting again.

Today is my 2 month mark. I lost a total of 59 lbs. 21 pre-surpery and 38 post-surgery. How is everyone doing?

I glad to know that because I'm a slow looser I hopefully won't have to deal with much loss skin. The scales are moving again for me. Lost 3.5lbs last week.

I hope you get what you need. Sam's club and BJ's has Premier Protein drinks 11 oz ready made re-sealable bottles very good $18. Also Wal Mart has high Protein Shakes body fortress whey protein $15 and change. Both 30 grams of protein and good.

I'm 2.5 months out from surgery as of Monday, and I'm down 38 lbs., which is an average of 3.8 lbs. per week (not bad, I'll take it!!)
I was initially a little surprised that I wasn't losing faster, but now that it's been a few months I realize that if I keep averaging the weight loss, then it really doesn't matter if I stall for a few weeks here and there. It's the long view that counts. My goal is to be 50 lbs. down by my birthday, which is in a little less than a month; hopefully I'll get there, but if not, life will go on. One day at a time

July 18, 2013 down 35 lbs since day after surgery!!! I was 321 lbs the day after surgery which is when I began to track my weight loss & friday @ 7 weeks & 1 day aftwr surgery I am now @ 286 lbs!!! I am vwry proud of the 35 lbs I have lost so far

Okay for all of us in Buffalo Sam's club and BJ's sells Premier Protein ready made resealable bottles. Each bottle is 11 oz and 30 grams of Protein. Sam's has chocolate and vanilla both good and BJ's had just the chocolate. Quick and easy protein.

I am so proud of myself I may be in a stall but I am still doing a mile a day via treadmill or elliptical. I missed 2 days and stuck to it now 2 months and am at the point I look forward to working out. I just have been really exhausted past couple of weeks all I want to do is sleep but work gets in the way.

So crazy how quickly and for the most part easily the weight has come off.
I plan to start working out tomorrow. I had some low blood sugar problems then a horrible work schedule (72 hours in 6 days) while being a fulltime college student, mother to an 8 year old starting 3rd grade and fiance.
But now im off work for 2 weeks and I just have school and home. So my goal is to find that routine and start working out. Im fearful of needing a calorie boost and my little stomach won't be able to accommodate. Im gonna go armed with Protein shake, cottage cheese and apple sauce.
Wish me luck.
Oh p.s. my favorite thing about losing the weight so far my fiance can pick me up (effortlessly) and spin me around the room. Now I just got to get to my wedding day goal weight so he can carry me over the threshold.

Another NSV for me. I sang with my workshop choir again, in concert yesterday for the first time in four years! It felt so good!!! I'm still trying to get use to people not recognizing me, lol!!! I guess that's a good thing.

NSV today! I went to the lane Bryant Labor Day sale today. Before surgery I was wearing a 26/28. I tried in 22/24 today and they were too big- by A LOT!! I bought 18/20 and they fit perfect!!! So excited!!!
