I'm stuck as well. I was just sleeved Oct 31, 2013 and since I've been back on soft food the weight loss has been very slow, if at all.

Since I've been back on solids, and I struggle to loose any more weight. I've gone between 1-2 lbs loose and gain. I've been starting to walk and try to get my Protein in, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any suggestions? Thanks Sleeved October 31, 2013 Dallas Area.
