I move all day, go for long walks with my husband and kids, it's finally day 8 and the neck pain is there but not that bad now. Good luck to all of us

I've been reading about mental hunger for a few days now. xchubba you made a great point about television. I may have to stock up on books and limit TV to just the weather.
