  1. so basically puree is just that...blended food to a puree...or things like...apple sauce, split pea soup, etc. soft food would be like...soft scrambled eggs, cooked oatmeal maybe...food thats not so mushy, but isnt that solid either. its the in between...the transition to solids. they shouldve given you a list of recommended foods. you can also try google and youtube. it helped me a lot, along with this forum. good luck....
  2. @@twittymilk no problem! good luck to her!

    9 months out

you can expect your loss to slow down and your body will begin to maintain. you should still work on your eating, because trust me, u can gain it back. i gained about 8 lbs over a few months, but it began with the holidays. and i was doing less cardio. so just be mindful from here on out. good luck...
  4. the people who gave me the "dont do it", i didnt say anything else to them about it. i let them have their opinion. because i had more people on my side than not. and once i started to trasnform, i let that speak for itself. good luck! you will be A-OK!

  14. As long as ur moving. I hope that the surgery helps to alleviate your spinal issues. Thank you. I'm always a work in progress. My fat gene is always tryna creep up. But it keeps me focused. I'm not going back! Sure you can add me. No problem!

    July Sleevers! Let's chat!

I dunno about aaaaanyone else...I still get hungry. I just know how to deal with it. And I will always love food. I just changed my relationship with it. Just a bit. Some things do change after surgery. I couldn't stand to eat rice. I couldn't drink cold water. But now I'm back. I can't eat too much sugar or certain processed foods. Makes me feel sluggish. You will learn what works for you in order to be successful. Best of luck today and on the big day!
  17. Holy moly donut shop! 13 lbs! U go girl! Yea it's been good this far, but I do understand the "never ever again" sentiment! Took me a good while to go through with it!

    What about the boobies!?

not necessarily...im not even thirty, and my tits were nice and firm before surgery. and i've got good genes too...i guess i was bigger than i thought and im down to about my hs size. and i can only call them my ol' bitty bags. i hope children will firm them up, but if not, im def going for a lift around 40 yrs old. even tho my bf says i should lift them naturally...i dont think he gets it. lol

  24. Where do i begin? ok...well hey! my name is Jen. I'm one month shy of my 2 year anniversary. I haven't been active on the site in quite sometime. Since i dropped my weight, my life has changed. i'm so busy! always doing something. i'm back today though...shocked that i'm a veteran! i didn't realize. Lately, i've been looking at my progress. i've been able to maintain my weight. i'm staying under my surgeon's recommended goal. however, i still have body fat that i'd like to get rid of. somehow, because my clothes fit nicely, i've managed to slack off. so im back, because i still want to wear a bikini when i go away for my 30th birthday. i need some motivation. i need to know that i can tighten up. So, please, your stories, your pics, your success are(is) greatly appreciated.
  25. ???? OMG! 63?! You look like you're in ur late 30s early 40s! I take that back...you look amazeballs!!! Even more inspiration! WOW! ????????
