I started out at almost the exact weight you did...232. In just over 1 month, between the liquid diet before and after the surgery, and of course the surgery itself, I am already at 206. Tomorrow I will be a week post op. You will definitely reach your goal by the end of the year...and I think much more! Congratulations on what you have accomplished so far and blessings going forward!

Keep us informed of your progress . You will be surprised at how fast the weight comes off that first few months. It is unbelievable. I am 8 months out and it is hard for me to believe when I look in the mirror. Best of luck on your journey.

What a fantastic post!! I hope to be a week or two behind you. Will find out Wednesday. But your story is so similar to mine, it was like reading my thoughts. I HATE being the fat mom. And I don't even want to look at photos of myself. Keep us posted - I'm rooting for you!
