I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to be one of the 1 or 2% of people who have major issue. I am so sorry that it is a part of your life now. I do have to say this though. Maybe it's irrelevant, maybe it is not. I lost a brother in a car accident. I miss him dearly. Do I blame cars for his death? No. It was a freak accident that unfortunately happened to him. Blaming what happened to you on VSG is like me blaming cars for his death. More like a "wrong place wrong time" or freak accident. VSG is a "vehicle" to help people. Not every outcome is going to be perfect, but overall it is a positive thing for people who otherwise would have a dim future. Just my opinion.

Paul, you look awesome! I had to look really hard at your pic because you look so different! I would have called bs if someone said that was you with out a good long look! Amazing JoB!

3 days post op with Dr Kelly and super happy! I was always wanting pictures so here are some. I'll get some of incisions etc later. I want to keep updated with my changing shape too.

Hi guys, wanted to know opinions of the two! I was told I could choose either one or for an added fee another hospital. Wanted to hear feedback to make my decision by my August date!

So i used to be obsessed with beef stroganoff hamburger helper so i was playing around and found a decent replacement!
take 1 lb of 90% lean ground beef and brown it.
add 1 cup of peas and 1/2 a bag of baby spinach and sautee it until spinach is cooked.
then mix 98% fat free cream of mushroom Soup w/ 1/4 cup of skim milk and mix until thinned. Add the soup to the other ingredients and simmer together for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it thicken and it tastes amazing! it's all the tastes of hamburger helper with minimal fat and no pasta!
you can season to taste

This man is a miracle worker, and I feel like I am finally in the body that I was meant to be in my whole life!
I had my gastric sleeve May 15, 2012.
Lost my weight (110lbs) right away, and then stayed at my goal and held for 6 more months until May of this year, and booked my body reconstruction with not so high expectations of the outcome. Every day I look at my body and I can't believe that it's mine! I am finally in the body that I belong in! I am about 10 more lbs down. I could NOT be happier with my new body and my new LIFE!
