  3. I cannot stomach them at all. Basically I tolerate a very bland no taste diet right now. I did find beechnut stage 1 turkey baby food 1 ounce has 6gm protein which was pretty decent. I'm pretty swollen my surgery lasted 4 hours instead of 1 hour as usual.
  4. Wow demerol? We aren't even stocking that it in our local bospitals anymore because it causes rebound pain and high rates of abuse. Use it sparingly or ask for lortab elixir.
  5. I'm taking one aleve liquid gels which I cut open and squirt into water twice a day about 12 hours apart. My surgeon told me to take it routinely for the first 2 or 3 weeks. Reallly helps. Stronger than advil.

  8. Just had my staples removed thank god. It didn't hurt and feels so much better now.
  9. I'm considering it now that I have confirmation of the internal damage by my new surgeon.
  10. Uggh. Nausea is back again. My intake is so poor. Focusing on liquids first. I'm still pretty swollen at least my upper abdomen looks like it.
  11. Me too! Bought something that said 52 grams of protein one ready to drink shake. It was the most barfilicious crap I have ever tasted.
  12. This is the post that won't die. Well it had until the OP had to get another reply in. Must like drama. The last 5 posts prior were about poptarts.
  13. I went to huntington beach high school. Surfers, hippies' kids, and the snotty harbor kids.
  14. I'm in the OC. Land of the super skinny stepford wife.
  15. Its considered normal to have a bowel movement at least once every 3 days. Its a myth you need to go everday.
