Just need some opinions....I had the band and bread, rice, pasta, tortillas, wraps or anything of the sort was an absolute NO because it would get stuck and be ugly.....is it the same with the sleeve....I'm not asking if I can eat a plate of spaghetti or anything but I made a chicken rice casserole for the family and was scared to death to have a small amount for fear that the rice would hurt me.....any advice would be appreciated

I'm 4 weeks post op and for breakfast I either eat an over hard egg and 1 morning star veggie sausage or kashi cereal with fat free skim milk....lunch is usually baby scallops or some type of fish or a morning star chicken patty (no room for sides) and dinner is pretty much the same as lunch....snacks I have the premier whole grain sea salt round crackers and put a little peanut butter on 3 crackers or a string cheese...if I have a good protein day I usually treat myself to a little bit of sugar free ice cream....or a pickle

It is so funny you posted this because I just did this tonight....I made cheddar chicken and roasted Parmesan cauliflower and I tasted a small piece of chicken to see if its done and tasted the cauliflower and 1 little extra bite of the chicken and then that was it full capacity reached.....I had a long conversation with myself lol telling me I need to stop doing that....I'm 1 month out -
I know it's only 3 weeks but I'm very happy with my progress so I wanted to share
