  1. I do Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds 4-5 times per week.
  2. @ Corky and Jasjulesmom, you ladies are looking fantastic!!!
  3. You have done such an outstanding job with your weight loss and it appears that you have a lot of positive things going for yourself. I would continue to focus on my education and health and remove all of the dream killers and toxic people out of your life.
  4. My surgery date was June 18, 2013. On the morning of surgery, my weight was 365 lbs with a height of 5'6". This morning I weighed in at 300 lbs. I am too excited. Will post pics once I lose 100 lbs.
  5. I was sleeved 6/18/13. I was on clears for 3 days, full liquids for 2 weeks, then puréed for 2 weeks. I've been on a soft diet since post-op week 4. I won't start regular foods for another 5 weeks. Some of my favorite soft foods are string cheese, chicken/tuna salad, beans and deli meats.
  6. I was sleeved on June 18, 2013. I'm 5'6" and my starting weight was 365. My current weight is 310. I was hoping to be out of the 3's, but my doc says I'm doing fine. My workout regime consists of walking outdoors or doing the Leslie Sanson "Walk Away the Pounds" DVD daily. I aim for at least 8 cups of water and eat mostly fish, chicken and bites of cooked veggies if I'm not full.
  7. Congrats and keep up the good work!!!
  8. Y'all ladies look beautiful!!!
  9. I was sleeved June 18 and down 48 lbs. I don't have any regrets.
  10. I didn't have any reflux issues prior to surgery. About 2 weeks post op I began having it and I now have to take 30mg of Prilosec daily. My doc told that it will probably resolve within 2 months.
  11. I don't have the desire to eat, but I've been watching a lot of cooking channels nonstop. Also, my weight loss has been at a standstill this week.
  12. I was sleeved on June 18, I have lost a total of 43 pounds.
  13. I was feeling the exact way. It will definitely get easier once the swelling in your stomach subside.
  14. That's wonderful!!! Keep up the good work. I'm 4 weeks out, down 42 lbs, and can finally tie my own shoes without being out of breath.
  15. Congrats and good luck!!!
  16. I think the amount that you can tolerate depends upon your stomach's healing process. My stomach may be a lot more swollen than yours. I wouldn't get discouraged, though. I would continue to measure food portions and follow the diet suggested by your dr and nut.
  17. I am 4 weeks out and can only eat about 1 oz of meat and 1 oz of veggies at a time.
  18. I've experienced the same thing.
