I actually had mine done right across the hall from Riverside Surgical - it was pretty easy. Just breathing measurements, etc - though I will say that particular office was the least friendly that I dealt with. I had to get a cardiac clearance also and that one was a little tougher - I had to get all my testing and everything done before they submitted my paperwork to my insurance. Hang in there, girl and do whatever they want - it's worth it!

I've been where you are. I had to fighy to get my approval but with GOD all this are possible to those who believe. If u have given it to him, leave it there and let him do it. Trust me he will do it. He did it for me and I know he will do it for you!! Keep the faith and DONT DOUBT HIM!!! Please keep me informed and if u need to talk message me. Im all ears!! They received it on the 31st. They told me it will be 30 days before they made a decision. So I checked about a hour ago and they reversed the denial and approved it. I AM TOO HAPPY. I TRUELY THANK GOD BECAUSE WITHOUT HIM, IT WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE!!!!

So did you have to do any pre op blood work or ekg or anything like that?
I was denied @ first but I appealed and was approved yesterday. So im waiting for Riverside to call me!

They reversed the denial. I was approved today!

I had my surgery with Riverside Surgical and Dr. Antonetti - a day or two after my insurance approval the office called me to schedule my surgery. I went on pre-op diet for 2 weeks and had my surgery. Its been smooth sailing ever since.

My denial was reversed today. So im approved! So hopefully surgery won't be far behind
