I got one. the flex and the aria scale and I think they are awesome. Well worth the money spent.It will sync with fitness pal as well

Yes absolutely. I noticed a big difference in 2 days after I got my first shot. My surgery date was 6/11/13 and I just got my second shot. I am all kinds of active. HW 260 SW 248 CW 197. Lost 31 lbs in first 15 days after surgery. was weak as hell now I feel great. The shots only cost me 37$ for a 10 month supply. That is without insurance. Hope this helps

Are you taking B 12 shots? Once I started taking those me energy level has skyrocketed

Yes absolutely. I just did the same thing but I am only 20 minutes away from My VA. call your primary care doctor and just tell them what you need . Call or send him a message thru MyHealtheVA

where do you get these Quest bars and how long post op do you have to be?

They are just trying to get your heart rate up. I went 10 minutes and was fine. you will do just fine

I dropped 12 lbs in 3 week preop, It only took me 3 weeks to get into surgery. My Dr told me to just maintain my weight. but probably will lose a few before surgery on my liquid diet that started 2 days before surgery. I dropped 31 lbs in first 15 days and have only dropped 2 lbs in last 8 days. I have been measuring once a week and continue to lose inches even in this 3rd week when I only dropped 2 lbs.

I've been stalled all week finally dropped 2lbs. Overall I have dropped 33 lbs since surgery on the 11th. I was needing another guys perspective. Good luck keep me posted

Me too June 11th. The 3rd week stall. everyone was talking about including my doctor.

Brian, We had ours the same day. Hows it going? Have you had any stalls? Where are you at in your daily routine? and any helpful hints?

Sleeved 6/11 weight 248, this morning 217, HW 260. clothes are getting bigger. somewhat caught in third week stall. ready to tape measure tomorrow. Good Luck to all.

I haven't had a solid yet. I was the same day as you. Are you still on liquids only?

I am 12 day post op too. Having a little struggle getting the protein in. Its hard taking little sips and getting anywhere with it. i have got two more days till I can try soft foods. I am averaging 1-3 lbs. a day. down 24 lbs since surgery. I have absolutely no energy.

Thanks so much for everyone's help. I am going to wait it out till Tuesday.I never knew I would say I cant wait for Tuesday to get here so I can wake up and have some scrambled eggs and then I am going to run for the border and be there straight up at 11 for some refried beans. LOL

Has anyone tried soft food or pureed before the 2 weeks of liquids is over?H

I also was on the 11th I am down 15 lbs. Things are going good. I cant wait till the liquid diet phase is over. Not really hungary just drained of energy
