I have been overweight since 2003. I go through the diet phases and was down to 213 at my smallest. I felt great! It was short lived and I gained all the weight back + some! I am pre-hypertensive, asthmatic, and an over-eater. I would definately say I eat food to comfort myself. I am excited to start this new life with a more active living and potentially a more confident outlook. I have a seven year old who is becoming chunky and I want to make this a FAMILY effort/change!
