  1. GNC has a pretty good chewable hair vitamin. I enjoy those.
  2. I was told I can never have soda again. I thought I would miss is(I was addicted to diet soda) but have no desire for it.
  3. I only weighed myself when I had my monthly checkup with the doctor and NUT. Now that I am only 8 pounds from my goal...my doctor said to only weigh myself once a week to see how I am doing. I think we can get ourselves nuts weighing ourselves too much. I am down 127 pounds since 10/15...
  4. In the beginning, it's all about the Protein. Did your doctor give you a range for protein?
  5. Gnc had pretty decent chews.
  6. That's great. I am not sure I can. I was addicted!!!!
  7. Oh how I miss you Ronald, Wendy and the King. We had many fond memories together but we are no longer friends. When I pass you in the street or in my car, a tear streams down my face...and I have to look away. See you were so bad for me...and we can't be friends.
  8. Isn't the whole point of WLS to make ourselves healthier and to not eat these types of bad foods. Seems to me that this is defeating the whole point of this and were only hurting ourselves. Especially in the beginning stages, we shouldn't allow ourselves the taste of it because it will make us want it down the road. This is just my opinion.
  9. It's not allowed on my plan until goal. My doctors plan is very restrictive. Every doctor is different.
  10. It was disgusting but only lasts a few minutes.
  11. I keep saying I want to be a certain weight and then I keep making it lower. I think 8 more and I'm done. Wore a size 4 dress yesterday and it was big on me. I think I'm pretty much done... But so scared to eat more. Now the hard part really starts...maintaining!!!
  12. I also had mine in October. Been falling out like crazy for 3 months now. Down over 125 pounds and 10 more to go. I hope it stabilizes once I hit maintenance.
  13. My doctor said no to the gummies but the chews are allowed. I enjoy the chewable a from GNC.
  14. I follow my doctors plan exactly. I have a Protein shake for breakfast, one for lunch. They are each 110 calories. 1 snack (usually cottage cheese or Greek yogurt (80 calories) and then dinner is 3 oz protein (egg beaters or fish), 3 oz veggies and if I am not too full I have 3 oz salad with dressing. But I am use too full to eat that. I am down 125 pounds in 7 months.
  15. I was and am still just under 500 and I'm 7 months out. Did the doctor tell you how much you should have? It's more about the protein. Between 60-70.
  16. I didn't like the muscle milk but everyone is different. I love the EAS. I bought cases
  17. I only have the EAS chocolate fudge - carb control. It's so good.
  18. I'm not allowed instant. It has to be the old fashioned kind. Lol.
  19. I travel all the time for work. First trip was out of the country less than 2 months after my WLS. I was lucky because I was just able to start on food and was able to go out with clients for dinner. I still travel all the time and pack my shakes with me. It helps keep me on track for 2 meals since one meal is usually with clients. I have had no iSsues and no longer need a seat belt extender or fly business class for the larger seat. I'm down 125 pounds in 7 months doing this. Good luck.
