  1. No drain. Just curious@prettyinpink, how much Fluid did you have over a week's time?

Each day was a little different but on average each day was between 1-2 oz. the interesting thing was the consistency/ color.. Each day it got lighter/ more clear. By the time the day came to get it taken out at the dr. Office it's was really clear and only lightly tinted red.. It felt like worm with pressure when the dr pulled it out.

  2. Thanks for sharing ur workout routine.. Wow... That is an intense workout.. I plan on getting a personal trainer for a month or so.. Once I have full clearance by the end of July! Until then I will go to my cardio classes and weight training classes modifying as need be.. But you r definitely do ur damn thang!!! I plan on becoming intense too :)

  3. I do not have any nausea I do get a little tightness in my chest if I drink too much or too fast.. But that is getting better every day... My stomach and abdomen is not sore at all I got my drain removed yesterday.. And my surgeon did such a wonderful job that the incisions are Practically invisible

  4. I was sleeved On June 11 my starting weight was 294... After the preop liquid diet for two weeks I was down to 280... And now six days. I am 273.. So I am down a total of 21 pounds...go us for Losing weight and getting healthy we are on the losing side.. Also my doctor told me only to weigh myself once a week.. LOL.. She totally knew that I was weighing myself multiple times a day... She also said take pictures.. So you can see the weight difference:)

  5. I get that tightness also but it goes away after a minute or so. No nausea at all! I can't wait till when I can have soft foods!

I got that same feeling... I explained that feeling to my surgeon and she told me it was because I am drinking too fast or too much at one time.. So slow down and take smaller sips.. She said also that your stomach is narrow so you may be full when you feel that tightness...

  6. I had my surgery on Tuesday afternoon I was walking around six and did a lot of laps around the nurses station on the floor... I went home on Wednesday afternoon around four.. And today I am doing a little bit of walking down the block and back a couple of times.. Overall I feel good but it is hard getting all the Protein And liquids in... Having to sip sip sip sip Every half an hour

  7. I am not sure if you're asking me, I THINK you are! If so, I am doing great, three years today. Right now I was in surgery, or at least I was "out of it" and headed that way!! :) I reached goal in six months, MY goal, which was five lbs less than my physician's....I got to his goal, 150, a month earlier. I'd say YES, the first six month is a real honeymoon period. Follow the plan, under eat your sleeve. Log your food, weigh and/or measure your food and weigh daily so you'll know where you are at. Develop these good habits, let them become your new normal, your life. To me, it's habit, just like breathing. Good luck to you, you'll be shocked at how different your life is a year from today!!!!

Thank about to get ready to head to the hospital
