Omg!!! 16 hrs till go time!!! Nerve wrecking... But sooo excited! Meet with my surgeon today... Everything is set... I know. I lost 15 so everything is ready! Can't wait until tomorrow

It's her day two of PRE op... I know she won't do anything to harm herself post... Yeah cheating pre op is not ideal... But it happens and we refocus and move on..,

I It was originally going to take One week off but the surgeon suggested two weeks... Some people go back after one week and some take the whole month or so off.. It really depends on how you heal and how you feel

Yes I have arthritis in my hip and it's been bothering me too... But I also lost 14 pounds in nine days and. I still have five more to go... So be strong and then once your In the hospital they will give you Some good meds for the pain that will hopefully help your arthritis too:)

I think it would be worse if you thought it was going to be a piece of cake not literally.. Lol... But you know how the saying goes to prepare for the worst and hope for the best!!

Lol.. I was the same way.. First my mom then brothers and dad.. Them close close friends... Then my not so close friends... Then my work friend... Then my coworkers... Lol before I knew it I was telling everybody and their momma... Lmao.. I tell complete strangers if the convo leads that way.. I'm so happy about it that I can't contain it 5 days till sleeve bday:) June 11th baby! I'm so excited and I just can't hide it! Imma about to lose control and think i like it..sounds familiar.. Lol

Each doctor is different...I think it's all about getting ur head ready for the sleeve!!!

I am drinking the unjury, lean shakes from GNC, medislim I get those from my primary care doctor... And the key is to drink lots of Water I drink about 80 ounces of water in between shakes and throughout the day:)
