  1. I was sleeved May 9th. SW: 302 CW: 227 - 230 I know that's a good loss so far but I haven't lost ANYTHING in the last month. I'm in a serious stall. I never go over 1100 cal per day. I get all my Protein and Vitamins. I try to drink enough Water but some days are difficult. I make (mostly) good food choices. I have a treat here and there but never go overboard. The only thing I don't do is exercise. That being said, I have a toddler who keeps me busy. I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through a long stall like this before? How can I shock my system into losing again? Tips? Support? I feel like a NON loser. Not a slow loser. :/
  2. Let's see... I'm 5 months post-op and.... I take adderall for add - which causes me to not eat as much as I should. I still smoke I drink wine occasionally I still eat treats like blue berry muffins, slice of cake, mini ice cream cones - on occasion. Not a lot. But still. I drink 2 cups of coffee a day Sometimes I will take ex-lax when I feel constipated. I don't pay attention to fat; just total carbs. I feel like the WORST person here. Lol. That seems like a lot of bad all at once. I do need to kick smoking and treats I know, but my saving grace is that I'm pretty good at getting my fluids, Vitamins and Protein every day. I've lost a total of 71 lbs.

    Scared about pregnancy

I heard only a year! Eek!! I planned on getting pregnant in a few months!!
  4. Not the bread and pasta together at the same time - but in separate meals. Haha
  5. So at 3 weeks I hit the stall. I lost a total of 29 lbs in that 3 weeks, but since the stall I've only lost 2 lbs. Iim not gaining anything. 'm really watching my carb intake and making sure everything I eat has lots of Protein. The only thing I struggle with is that I can eat everything. Pasta, bread, etc. not a lot mind you - but maybe 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta and 1/2 slice of Dave's Killer 21 Grain bread. I'm rarely going over 900 calories a day and getting plenty of walking and exercise every week. My questions are: Is this still the stall? Or could it be my calorie intake? How long do stalls last? This will be 3 weeks now! I'm starting to get discouraged. Is there anything I can do to kick off the weight loss again? Thank you!!!!!!
  6. I've heard of stalls happening during this week but its hard! I can't help but think its something I'm doing wrong. I've lost 30 lbs so far and would be so discouraged if my momentum stopped. I'm wondering how other cope with stalls? Side note: I've only cheated a couple times. I took some bites of Pasta today. (Everything went down fine) and over the weekend I had a bite of ice cream; again fine. That can't be what caused my stall? Just looking for support! Thanks!
  7. Itching of the incision sites are normal and good. It means they are healing. If they aren't near the incision sites, I have no clue. I'd make an appt with your doctor.
  8. Doctor ASAP. Good luck!
  9. I live in Seattle and am wondering if there are any others in the area?
