I had Dr Bhoyrul as well...great surgeon!!! I was sleeved on 8/28.

I was sleeved on 5/22. I have lost 14 pounds which was in the first 10 days. I have been at the same weight every since. I'm not freaking out about the stall just yet as I am losing inches and I'm ok with that.....for now.

Congrats to everyone! I too am very glad to have this forum as a guide and also to realize that I am not failing and that stalls are a part of everyone's journey. I will be a month out on the 22nd and I am down 23lbs. I feel like everyone else, how could I not be losing more especially when I am following the rules and eating so much less and exercising so much more! Not that I am not proud of the 23lbs lost! I know my body will adjust and slowly the weight will continue to come off. Has been a difficult month of adjusting, luckily no complications whatsoever, mostly just the mental aspect. Once again congrats to everyone ....and here's to being healthier!!

I am only three days post op, but I really wish I had realized how serious it is to learn to sip not gulp. It was incomprehensible to me that it would take an hour to drink four ounces but it's real.
That's all I have to offer so far!

I forgot! Sip (not gulp)! And not eating and drinking at the same time, and waiting to drink before and after meals!
