April 29, 2013 2. 363.4 3. 342.8 4. 1 to 2 hours aerobic activity per day (~ 4 to 8 miles on treadmill/elliptical) FWIW - I really didn't lose much weight until approximately day 5 post op....in fact, there were a couple of days where I actually gained weight. Since day 5 though, I've been averaging a loss of around 1.7 lbs per day.

    I organized the garage, cleaned out my service van, ran some controls related service calls (under the radar), irritated the heck out of the wife.......that's about it so far. Hopefully I get clearance to return to work at next Wednesday's post-op Dr. visit.......I'm goin' nuts.

    I did the same thing - right up to the point where I started my pre-op liquid diet. While it probably wasn't one of the better choices I've made in life, I'm down 31 lbs in less than 3 weeks - so, in hindsight.....I'm ok with it.

    I had surgery on April 29th. I can't count the number of times I got cold feet in the days just prior to surgery. Hang in there.....your apprehension is perfectly normal.
