  1. "O thigh" means "I think" lol
  2. There is a thread on here with lots of before and after pics, And O thigh that is what it is called......great inspiration!! Congrats!
  3. I am so glad to hear this, I knew you would bounce back!!
  4. Mine was supposedly submitted on 3/20 and I called my Dr office every week, finally on 5/3 I called my insurance company directly and they said they had never received it....don't know where my surgeons office sent it...or IF they did on 3/20, but I jumped on them, they resubmitted it 5/3, got denial 5/16 because some forms were missing, appealed 5/17 with the missing forms (which the surgeon had but failed to send in the first time) and approved 5/20! Major point here.....follow up directly with your insurance company to be sure it was submitted and is being reviewed right away...then you magi get approved quicker than I did. My surgery is next week June 26!! Good luck to all of you!
  5. Sounds like sheer exhaustion and maybe some depression, but I am not a Dr....rest all that you can and I bet you will feel more like your old self in a few days!! Praying for you.
  6. Good to know, I don't think mine says anything about what to take for nausea.
  7. Denise, I totally understand! You are very lucky to have a loving supportive husband to stand by you!! It might be rough at first post op but I think it will be good in the Long run! Will add you to my prayers!!
  8. You are in the right place for support!! Best of luck! I am June 26 in Tampa, FL
  9. Yes, I started officially on Wed, but actually started replacing one meal per day a week ago Wed and have now lost 7 pounds since then! I am lucky with my pre op diet though, I have 2 Protein Shakes per day...breakfast and lunch, then a healthy meal for dinner....meaning 4-6 oz lean meat and a veggie or fruit.I fill the gaps and growls with Water and crystal light. Tonight I had a sugar free fat free popsicle after dinner though....so far so good.
  10. Hang in there! I am June 26 too!
  11. Day 2 of my preop diet, started reducing food this past week to get ready....down 5 pounds from last Wednesday!! It is hard, but I am feel good on this diet so far!!
  12. I don't think hospitals or doctors work like that, LOL
  13. Yay, me too!! Can't wait!!
  14. Feel free to vent anytime. :-) Hang in there!
